Hola Amigos: These is the season for soups! When it's cold outside all you want is to feel warm all over and sometimes the only way to do that is with a good old fashioned soup.

Today I'm sharing with you an easy recipe for a very tasty bean soup on the crock pot that hits just the spot.
The richness of the beans with the spice of the chorizo makes it ideal for fall and winter! Even the color is inviting and "fall-like"
Bean and Chorizo Crocl Pot Soup Recipe, a delicious and hearty meal for those cold fall and winter evenings, with the robust and exotic flavors of chorizo, this soup is likely to be one of your favorite this coming holiday season. #fallsoups, #wintersoups, #crockpotmeals #souprecipes #soup

I'm using for this recipe the new chorizos by Johnsonville. They are less spicy than your traditional mexican chorizo, very affordable ( I got mine with a 2 for $5.00 deal) and since they are milder in flavor, the soup is also kid friendly.
Bean and Chorizo Crock Pot Soup Recipe Bacon. Chorizo and Beans...let the fiesta begin with these amazing flavors combined in one soup. Comfort in every spoonful

This soup is good by itself, it has big chunks of chorizo and beans, very satisfying. Top it of with sour cream, some green onions and of course some crispy Bacon. Also,if you are like me, no soup is complete without it's side of white rice! I know, It's tradition in my country to have soup with rice, I guess it's like having hamburger with fries here in the US.

1/2 Cup Onion and Garlic Refried Beans (or any other you have handy)
1 egg (slightly beaten)
2 small bags of Doritos Cool Ranch Crushed
2 Coocked Eggs
salt and pepper to taste
4 Slices on Bacon cut in little 1 inch squares.
For skin texture
1 Cup Ketchup + 1/2 Cup BBQ
1/4 Cup Dijon Mustard + 1/4 Cup Honey Mustard Dressing
Directions:
Pre Heat Oven at 365
To make the meatloaf mix beef , salsa, refried beans, slightly beaten egg, salt and pepper and crushed Doritos. Once is mixed. Place the mix on a parchment covered cookie sheet. and shape it as a hand if you choose to do this particular one, using yours as the model, Manipulate it at little into fingers, hand, Radius and Ulna (not much, just a little bit of these last). Cover the entire hand with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes. Once the 45 minutes are done, pull it out, remove aluminum foil brush your hand with a mix of ketchup and bbq sauce. After is all covered, brush very lightly on the Mustard mix.
