This ham was the star of the show at our recent Friends of Numinbah Valley Xmas Party. My glaze included fresh orange juice, brown sugar, mustard and the big secret! My home-made orange & cumquat marmalade - Yummo!
Also made a huge Vegetarian Lasagne

What a brilliant day! Our councillor attended, Erica provided the magnificent venue
and yours truly cooked absolutely everything -from scratch - holey moley!
