Jordgubbsmousse

Ingredienser
•200 gram jordgubbar
•1 dl gelésocker
•100 gram cream cheese
•2 dl grädde
Koka upp de frysta jordgubbarna, låt koka 2 minuter. Tillsätt gelésockret och låt koka ca 30 sekunder. Låt svalna. Blanda jordgubbsmoset med philadelphian. Vispa grädden och blanda samman allt. Låt stelna en stund i kylskåp innan du fyller tårtan.

Yesterday I made my very first three tier cake, something I've been wanting to do for a long time now. The cake was supposed to have two tiers, but I had some left over chocolate cake so I took the chance to make an extra tier. I've finally found a chocolate cake that is fantastic and delicious in every way, the recipe is from CakeJournal. The cake also contains a strawberry mousse (which is better to make in the summer when the strawberries taste more) and nutella. The strawberry mousse recipe is from Tove.
Strawberry mousse
Makes enough for one layer
Ingredients
•200 grams strawberries
•1 dl jelly sugar
•100 grams cream cheese
•2 dl heavy whipping cream
Bring the strawberries to a boil and mash them, let them boil for about 2 minutes. Mix in the jelly sugar and boil for another 30 seconds. Let cool. Mix the strawberries with the cream cheese. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and then mix everything together. Put the mousse in the fridge for a while until set.
