I recently had the great pleasure of contributing photos and recipes to the lovely magazine Journal Chocolat. The cake consists of a delicious vanilla/chocolate base soaked in vanilla syrup and a yummy liquorice/dark chocolate ganache. Have a look inside the magazine here (page 20-21).
