For the past few months I've been trying to figure out a way to talk to people. YOU people. About eating yummy things that are good for your bodies, and eliminating the things that aren't so good for your bodies. But it's a BIG process (one I'm still working on myself), and I have been having a hard time figuring out a way to break it all down--so it seems more doable, and not so
